CCMA Chosen to Host Prestigious European Contact Centre Awards 2014

LONDON, UK, 3rd November – The Call Centre Management Association (CCMA), the longest established association representing the contact centre industry in the UK, hosted the European Contact Centre Awards 2014 in London last night. Winners from eleven different countries across Europe were recognised at the ceremony organised by the European Confederation of Contact Centre Organisations (ECCCO).
