A long term solution to engaging users and improving conversion
Craghoppers wanted a long term solution to make its conversion emails as personal and relevant as possible. Using a unique dynamic generating tagging system Craghoppers could incorporate a picture, a description, the quantity and the price information of the exact product(s) the users had placed in an online basket, but not yet purchased.
If the user changed or amended their online basket in anyway (whether through returning to the site directly or through email) the unique dynamic generating tagging system automatically updated the customer data, ensuring the user only received the most relevant content based on their own actions. The campaign was part of a two trigger programme.
